The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Only small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The multipurpose court is available on request and at extra cost. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
Getting there
The villa is in the municipality of Segni. Colleferro is 3 km away, the Colleferro-Segni-Paliano railway station is 5 km away, and the A1 Colleferro exit is 6.5 km away. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. The Tyrrhenian coast is 60–85 km away, including Lido di Latina at 60 km, Anzio at 62 km, Sabaudia at 68 km, San Felice Circeo at 78 km and Sperlonga at 83 km. Parking is limited to four cars.
