The finca has a spacious garden, terraces on different levels and a 10 × 5 m swimming pool, 0.90–1.90 m deep. A paved sunbathing area, outdoor shower and gas barbecue provide space for outdoor meals and relaxation.

On the ground floor, the living room has a Smart TV and air conditioning and opens to the dining area. The kitchen has gas hobs and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

Seven bedrooms are spread across two floors, each with two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Some bedrooms open directly onto a terrace or balcony. Up to four additional foldaway beds can be added in suitable rooms, subject to extra-guest payment. A cot and high chair can be provided. Bathroom facilities include en-suite showers, a bathtub, a separate shower bathroom and an additional toilet.

The property is in northeast Mallorca, 4.3 km from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar town and 18.2 km from Platja de Cala Millor. Sa Coma and Cala Millor are a few minutes away by car, and Punta de n’Amer nature reserve is nearby for walking and cycling. Exterior parking accommodates five cars.

Pets and events are not allowed. The base occupancy is 14 guests; each of up to four additional guests incurs an extra charge. Extra foldaway beds may not be prepared or available unless the additional guests have been paid for. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
