House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers or sound systems are not provided. Shared hot tub hours are 10:00–22:00; the community hot tub is unavailable during the off-season. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Access to the main living spaces requires approximately 12–15 stairs, with another flight to the primary bedroom. Walk across the river to Lift #7; downtown Telluride is about a 10-minute walk away. Free in-town shuttle stops and the river trail are nearby, and a grocery store is next door. Parking is limited to one vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. Many services and amenities are unavailable during spring and fall off-seasons. Summer construction around town may take place from 08:00 to 19:00.
