## About the house

The condo sleeps up to five guests in two bedrooms and the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the compact second bedroom has a twin bed, and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

The main living area has large windows, an electric fireplace, HDTV, DVD/CD player, stereo and Wi-Fi. The stocked kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. Heating and a hair dryer are provided, but there is no air conditioning or access to a washer or dryer.

Shared Telluride Lodge facilities include a sauna and two hot tubs, one indoors and one outdoors. Hot tub hours are 10:00–22:00, and the community hot tub is unavailable during the off-season. Hallway ski storage is available. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

Walk across the river to Lift #7, use the free in-town shuttle from nearby stops, or walk about 10 minutes to downtown Telluride. The river trail is nearby, and a grocery store is next door. Onsite open-lot parking is free, limited to one vehicle and first-come, first-served, with a parking pass provided.

Many services and amenities are unavailable during spring and fall off-seasons. Summer construction around town may take place from 08:00 to 19:00.

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers or sound systems are not provided. Shared hot tub hours are 10:00–22:00; the community hot tub is unavailable during the off-season. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
