The home occupies a hillside in Park City and has two living areas, upper and lower decks, a gourmet kitchen and a media room. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and an HD television. A dining table seats 10, and the kitchen island seats six. The deck has a grill and outdoor seating.
The kitchen includes a Viking stove, refrigerator/freezer and granite countertops. An adjoining butler’s pantry has an extra dishwasher, utility sink and pantry storage. A half bathroom and mudroom are on the main level.
The main-level primary suite has a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and deck access. Its bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower with two shower heads. The upper-level primary suite has a gas fireplace, television, private deck, walk-in closet and an ensuite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. An upper-level hang-out room includes a ping-pong table and access to two decks.
The lower living area has a fireplace, television, wet bar and pool table. The lower patio leads to a private eight-person hot tub. Lower-level bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and patio access. The media room has plush seating, bean bags, dimmable lighting and a 100-inch HD projection screen. A laundry room is also on the lower level.
Air conditioning serves the main and upper levels only. A travel crib is available, and a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.
