## About the house

The furnished home has a high A-frame ceiling and an open living and dining area, with bi-folding doors opening onto a deck overlooking the lawn and neighbouring farm. A pot-belly fire provides a focal point in the living area. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Disney are available.

The deck has outdoor dining furniture and a Webber BBQ. Outdoor games include Connect 4, a tug-of-war rope and a Kubb set. A coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, hobs and toaster are provided, along with an iron, washing machine and dryer.

The ground-floor bedroom contains a queen bed, bunk bed and rollaway bed; the bunk is best suited to children. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin, toilet and towel rail. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with beds made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pillows and duvets are also supplied.

Nearby wineries can be reached by a short drive or a flat walk. Martinborough's central square, with eateries, cafés, shops and a grocery shop, is a four-minute drive away. Martinborough Brewery is also a four-minute drive away, and the start of the Rapaki Walk is a five-minute drive away. Off-road parking is available. There is no pool or hot tub.
