The house

The main living and sleeping area has a double sofa bed, a TV and modern decor. The open-plan kitchen has a hob, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Heating, a hair dryer, iron, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided, and a laptop-friendly workspace is available.

The studio is inside a residential complex in a quiet part of the 12th arrondissement, a few minutes’ walk from the metro and shops. Access passes through shared areas and several coded doors, with stairs both up and down despite the ground-floor setting. The route is impractical with large suitcases and unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no air conditioning and little air circulation; the studio can become hot in summer.

Arrival is self-guided, with assistance available daily from 09:00 to 23:00. Optional services include luggage storage, children’s equipment, activities and a private driver. A private airport chauffeur can be requested at least 48 hours in advance, from 80€.
