# Tamarindo Bliss - 2 minute walk to the beach Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica (general area) ## About the house The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-room sofa bed, air conditioning and cable TV. Bath towels and Turkish beach towels are provided for each registered guest, along with hand towels, washcloths, makeup washcloths and kitchen towels. Biodegradable shampoo and conditioner, body wash and kitchen soap are provided, as are an iron and hair dryer. Complimentary beach chairs, coolers and sand toys are available within the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Shared facilities include outdoor and foot showers, a gas barbecue with grilling tools, and poolside lounging and outdoor dining areas. Common-area access is from 08:00 to 22:00 and includes a plunge pool and a shallow pool for children. The pool area has no gate or lock. High-speed fiber-optic internet is available in the condo and by the poolside; Wi-Fi is advertised at 33 Mbps. 55 Mbps · 2026-10-10 The beach is a two-minute walk away with shared beach access; the town center is a four-minute walk away. The street-side condo is on the third floor without an elevator. Road noise, nearby construction and music may be audible; sound machines are provided in the bedrooms to help provide relaxing background noise at night. Onsite parking is limited to one car. - No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted within the property (including porches, balconies, poolside or other outdoor areas) at any time. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the building or in the condo. - ID: All guests must provide copy of passport or cedula upon booking. - Check in is at 2:00pm. Check out is at 10:00am. If you need a late check out please ask us. If there are no other guests checking in, we can allow the late check out. However, there is a late check out fee of $50. Requests must be made 24 hours in advance. - Guests must adhere to capacity disclosure. Exceeding the number of guests disclosed during booking is grounds for immediate eviction or an additional guest fee of $100/person/night if maximum capacity has not yet been reached. The property is monitored by 24 hour CCTV and we live in the building. - No pets allowed. Undisclosed pets are grounds for immediate eviction or denial of check in. - Quiet hours: 10pm until 8am. Please keep all noise levels to a minimum after 10:00pm (both inside and outside of the condo). No common area use (pool, bbq, outdoor tables…) during those times. - Parties: No parties or events allowed out of respect for other guests. Bachelor/Bachelorette party groups are prohibited. - Visitors: If you would like to have outside guests visit the property, please send us an email with their name and id number ahead of time. Absolutely no prostitutes are allowed on property at any time or for any reason. We reserve the right to deny access to the property or ask certain visitors to leave. - The use or possession of any illegal drugs is not permitted on property. - We are an eco-friendly establishment. Please help us by conserving water and electricity. Please turn off the A/C when you leave the room and keep doors and windows closed while in the room with the A/C on. Crypto mining is prohibited and carries a minimum $3,000 fee. -Pool: Swim at your own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty. No diving into pool. - Drones may not be flown within the building per Costa Rican law.
