## About the house

The 1,800-square-foot condo has an expanded kitchen and an open living and dining area. The lounge seats seven and includes a gas fireplace and a 40-inch Samsung TV with Blu-ray and cable. Ski equipment can be stored in closets. The kitchen bar seats four, and the dining table expands to seat eight.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, an oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A stacked washer and dryer is also available. The porch has seating for four and a Weber grill.

Each of the four bedrooms sleeps two. The primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, desk, 20-inch cable TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower; the third bedroom also has a 20-inch flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A swimming pool and two hot tubs are steps from the condo. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, ceiling fans, gym access, outdoor seating, books, board games and a video library. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. Baby safety gear is available.

The Treehouse ski school and daycare facility is across the street. The lifts are 100 yards away, and Base Village is steps away. A free gondola connects to the Mall’s shops, restaurants and entertainment. Aspen is a short drive or free bus ride away.

Smoking is not allowed. The minimum age to book is 25. Children are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed.
