The house

The 400 m² house spans three floors in a quiet, green residential area. The fenced grounds have neighbours nearby, a lawn, six sun loungers, outdoor sofa areas, a barbecue and a wraparound porch with two dining areas, including a table for eight. The private chlorine pool has an irregular shape, measures 7 × 4 metres and is 1–1.5 metres deep.

The main floor has two living rooms, one with satellite TV and the other with a dining area for six. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher, plus direct outdoor access. Upstairs, an additional sitting area is open to the living area below.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed, wardrobe and terrace access. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a double bed and wardrobe; one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Other bathing facilities include a ground-floor bathtub, an upstairs separate shower and hydromassage bath with views, and a basement shower. All bedrooms and both main-floor living rooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available.

The basement contains a garage with space for one car and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are welcome, and events are prohibited. Inca has bars, traditional Mallorcan celler restaurants, shops and a Thursday street market.
