The villa has a sea-view terrace, sun loungers and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 10 × 4.5 m, with depths from 0.6 to 1.8 m. The grounds are fenced and private, and a watchtower is nearby.
Inside, the living-dining room has a television and fireplace. The separate equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for three cars are free.
The three bedrooms contain one double bed, two single beds and one single bed respectively. All bedrooms have fans. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
