House rules
Bring your own linen or arrange the available linen hire service. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Dogs must stay off furniture. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management of changes to guest numbers. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Moggs Beach is a short, easy walk away. Fairhaven patrolled beach is less than a five-minute drive away, and Anglesea Golf Course is a 15-minute drive away. National park and walking trails are nearby. The property is not fully fenced.
