## About the house

The house has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with views, balcony areas and a spacious private garden. A ground-floor bedroom is available. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet; Bedroom 2 has two single beds; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed; and Bedroom 4 has three single beds. The second bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, cafetiere and toaster. There is a TV, free Wi-Fi, a closed fireplace and electric heaters. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, airing rack and iron. Outside are a table and chairs, a BBQ, a private driveway, garage and parking for cars and boat trailers. Three mountain bikes, golf clubs and a trundler are available for guest use.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. There is no pool or hot tub.

Central Wanaka is a 15-minute walk along the lakeside, and Treble Cone ski area is a 20-minute drive away. The internal staircase may be unsuitable for small children, and the street-facing front of the property is not fully fenced.
