The apartment has one double bedroom, living space with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The sleeping-area breakdown also includes an air mattress. The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
Facilities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Towels and bedlinen are provided. Small starter supplies of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap and a trash bag are provided for the first few days.
Peneco Beach is 100 m away and a one-minute walk. Albufeira’s Old Town is 500 m away, and the marina is 1.3 km away. Cafés, supermarkets and restaurants are within a two- to five-minute walk. Praia da Oura, São Rafael and Arrifes are a short drive away.
