House rules
No pets and no smoking. Do not allow children to ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Children must not stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway.
Getting there
Oceanfront beach access is via a private walkway with steps. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Parking is limited to five vehicles; the garage is unavailable for guest use.
