The 8,000-square-foot villa accommodates up to 10 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main home contains three bedrooms and a master suite; an included guest house contains one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. The master suite has a 30-foot balcony with a canopy-covered daybed and Pacific Coast views. Terraces overlook the private pool. Facilities include a fully equipped gym, a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable/satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo system. Daily maid service is available, and staff can assist with transportation, travel arrangements and local activity and restaurant advice.
