The house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and occupies the first floor of a building without an elevator. The living area has a single sofa bed, a table and a television, with access to a small terrace. A separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and moka pot.

The sleeping area includes a lofted bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed, plus a second bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower off the living area, another bathroom with a toilet and sink in the sleeping area, and a laundry room with a washing machine and shower that serves as a third bathroom. An iron, hairdryer and mosquito net are also available.

Syracuse train station is less than a 20-minute walk away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than an hour’s drive away.
