## About the house

The two-story main house has two bedrooms and a loft, wood walls and floors, custom ironwork by a Timberline Lodge master craftsman, and high-end furnishings. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, double ovens and stone counters. The living area has soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace; additional gathering spaces include a family room and a sunroom with a queen sofa bed.

The separate recreation house has a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong tables, plus sleeping accommodations in its loft. A private washer and dryer are available.

The sauna house contains a large sauna, a shower and a half bathroom without a door. Outdoor amenities include a private hot tub, gas grill and firepit. Firewood for the first fire is complimentary; additional wood can be purchased in town.

The main house has two stories, and sleeping accommodations also occupy the recreation house loft. The sauna house has a shower and a half bathroom without a door.

No more than nine guests are allowed on the property at any time, and guest numbers must not exceed the reservation count. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is prohibited. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Illegal activity, including unlawful downloads, is prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away.

Firewood for the first fire is complimentary; additional wood can be purchased in town. Early arrival and late departure may be available for an additional charge. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning for rule violations or excessive mess (or actual cost if greater), fines and related damages, and a late-departure fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Property entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override general rental terms; booking-channel terms control in case of conflict. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies.
