Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods.
