House rules
No smoking inside rooms. Pets are not allowed. Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the hotel. Children under 12 are not accepted; the hotel is not child-friendly and has no lifeguard on duty and steep staircases. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; late arrivals must notify the hotel in advance. Check-in after 9:00 p.m. without prior notification will be refused. A two-night minimum applies to reservations that include Friday and Saturday nights. Group bookings of four or more rooms cannot be made through the online booking platform; contact the hotel to arrange them. A 22% sales and tourism tax is added to the listed total price. Free cancellation is available until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation amount. No refunds are provided for early departures, unused nights, or unused services.
Getting there
The property is on the volcanic black-sand beach of El Paredón. La Cabañita and La Palma are accessed via steep staircases.
