The 768-square-foot cottage has one bathroom, an enclosed three-season sunroom and a loft with two twin beds reached by a ladder. It includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable or satellite service, board games and room-darkening shades.
The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. A washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, hair dryer, hangers and toiletries are provided. Outdoor amenities include a balcony or patio, garden or backyard, outdoor seating and a grill.
Guests have access to community facilities including a clubhouse, shared heated pool, hot tub, shared fire pit, game room with ping-pong and foosball, fitness room and playground or play area.
