Listing description
The first-floor apartment opens onto a short corridor leading to a combined living and sleeping area with an equipped concealed kitchenette, a queen-size double bed, a television and a wardrobe. A French door leads to a spacious air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden. The veranda has closable glass panels, a dining table, a sofa and chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.
The kitchenette includes a moka coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
The shared swimming pool is close to the apartment and opens from 15 June to 15 September. A swimming cap may be required.
The apartment is in central Porto Rotondo, 900 metres from Ira Beach and a few kilometres from the beaches and resorts of the Costa Smeralda. Tavolara Island is 32 km away and the Maddalena Archipelago is 40 km away. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
