The furnished great room has several lounging areas, a TV, a puzzle table and a seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen includes two ovens, a gas stove, two dishwashers, an island with barstool seating and a breakfast nook with a wet bar and refrigerator. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. A lounge with a video game is a short flight of stairs above the dining area. An elevator connects the ground floor with the top-level kitchen. Two ground-floor ensuite bedrooms have king beds and standing showers; one has handicap-friendly features. The middle floor has three king ensuite bedrooms with deck access, including an oceanside room with a shower/tub combination. It also has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with deck access, a room with three twin-over-twin bunk sets, and two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. The top-floor king ensuite has a standing shower and a whirlpool tub. The ground floor includes a theater room and laundry. Outside are a private pool with a tanning ledge, a hot tub, lounging areas, a dune deck and an outdoor shower. The pool house combines a game room with an indoor/outdoor bar, pool table, foosball, TV, seating and a full bathroom.
