## About the house

The home has more than 3,200 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the lake from the main living area, which has upholstered seating, a television and a gas fireplace. A wet bar includes wine and beverage coolers.

The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics and dishes. An eight-person dining table and three-stool breakfast bar provide indoor dining. The first-floor bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a sectional and television, with a shared bathroom with shower. Upstairs are three king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom includes a sitting area with lake views and a private bathroom with a Roman soaking tub and separate shower; the other two king bedrooms each have a private bathroom with shower.

Sliding glass doors open to the main-level patio and yard. Outdoor facilities include a lakefront wood-burning firepit, grills and a furnished rooftop patio with an eight-person dining table, bar stools and two wicker sofas. A top-floor kitchenette has an additional refrigerator and grill, with a service window opening to the rooftop patio. Lake access is directly off the back dock, and a shared boat slip is available. Summer dock use depends on water level.

Additional facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, cable and smart television, a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linens and towels. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is 10. Smoking, vaping, pets, parties and events are prohibited, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Check-in on December 25 is not allowed. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum stays range from three to seven nights.
