No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed; only dogs are permitted. Parking is limited to two cars.
Getting there
The property is approached via a B-road, followed by about 75 yards down a lane and a short gravel track. The front entrance has two slate steps; the back entrance has one step. The property has changes of level, open-tread stairs and a twin room accessed down two steps. Porthgain and nearby beaches are a short drive away. St David's is a 10-minute drive away.
