The 65 m² cabin has two bedrooms, a living-room sofa bed for two, a fireplace, solar electricity for lighting, and no running water. Water is collected from a nearby river or stream and may be drinkable. Food can be stored in the cellar. In summer, a generator is available if guests bring petrol.

The nearest town, Lom, is 17 km away. Cross-country ski trails are 2 km away. In winter, guests must walk approximately 2 km on skis to reach the cabin; snowmobile transport may be available. There is a toll road to the cabin, and a summer road reaches the cabin. Water is collected from a nearby river or stream; it may be iced over in winter. Mobile coverage is poor and limited to SMS.

Smoking is not allowed. Dogs are allowed subject to the cabin's furniture, cleaning and floor-use restrictions. Guests may arrange final cleaning or clean the cabin themselves. Bed linen can be rented. A cot may be provided on request. Bring petrol if using the generator in summer. The cabin cannot be guaranteed to be heated on arrival.
