What is the minimum billing requirement?
A minimum of one room must be booked.
Are meals provided onsite?
Home-cooked meals are available at an additional cost. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are charged separately, with different rates for adults and children. Fish and mutton preparations cost extra, and tea or coffee outside breakfast and afternoon tea time is available at an additional charge. Meal charges are payable in cash to the caretaker.
Is smoking or alcohol consumption permitted?
Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn, but not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are discouraged.
Are the roads suitable for driving?
The connecting road is a narrow village road that is not in the best condition. Guests are advised to use a sturdy car.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
