House rules
Meals are not permitted in the room. The kitchen closes at 10 pm. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and photo or film shoots require the home owner's approval. A maximum of 12 people can be accommodated overnight for an event or shoot, which is separate from this one-bedroom unit's stated occupancy.
Getting there
The villa overlooks the Suvarna River. The property offers riverfront dinners and access to the Suvarna backwaters by private speedboat as an experience subject to availability, prior booking and confirmation.
