House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not allowed. For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, all payments are non-refundable; 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided; 31 days or more before arrival, all advance payments are refunded.

The home is on the second floor and has private beach access. Historic downtown St. Augustine is minutes away.
