The custom-built villa accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Private chef service is included for stays of four nights or more, with one full chef day per two nights stayed. Groceries cost extra. Interiors feature high ceilings, a sofa, dining space, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and television are available.
