The 2,921-square-foot home has open living and dining spaces, vaulted ceilings, and large windows and sliding doors connecting the interiors with the covered lanai and gardens. The lanai offers outdoor lounge seating and dining space beside a landscaped yard.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, coffee maker and espresso machine. Additional kitchen equipment includes a freezer, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee grinder and mini fridge; a BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have one king bed; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one queen bed. Every bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, garden views, a ceiling fan and split air conditioning. The home accommodates up to six guests.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor shower and lawn. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee. A sauna, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are also available.

A dedicated office, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, printer/scanner/fax equipment and a full laundry room support extended stays. Private parking, free parking, street parking and an EV charger are available.
