Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Dogs require a fee per pet; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Notify the operator if bringing a registered service animal or emotional support animal. Smoking is prohibited. A smoking violation incurs a $500 fee for additional cleaning and related costs, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers, sound systems and Xbox games are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk down the street, and Newport Beach Pier is nearby. On-site parking is limited to one car; larger cars and SUVs will not fit. Access to the primary bedroom requires walking through Bedroom 2.
