This southeast-facing home occupies one unit of a two-unit duplex and accommodates six guests. The living room has stone detailing and comfortable seating. Longer stays are also offered.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. It is reached by walking through Bedroom 2, which has a daybed with a twin-size trundle and a TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and there is another full bathroom. Two bedrooms have blackout curtains. Bedroom linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range and microwave, with a dining table seating eight. Outside there is a sunny patio and a barbecue. The home also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine, dryer and TVs. A hair dryer and travel-sized shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

The beach is a short stroll down the street, and Newport Beach Pier is nearby. Free private on-site parking accommodates one car; larger cars and SUVs will not fit.

A smoking violation incurs a $500 fee for additional cleaning and related costs, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers, sound systems and Xbox games are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
