The house

The renovated home has 1,624 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. An open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings and a dining table seating six; a second lounge is downstairs.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan, partial ocean views and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a ceiling fan, ocean views and access to the lower deck. Guest Bedroom 3 has two Twin XL beds and garden views. The living room has a queen sofa bed with extra bedding, described as suitable for one additional guest. All bedrooms have split air conditioning.

The equipped galley kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker. A barbecue is also available. The private upper-level deck, balcony and yard provide outdoor seating and lounge chairs, and there is an outdoor shower. Beach towels and chairs are supplied.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, satellite or cable TV, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer, shampoo/body wash, an iron and a safe. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and outdoor lighting. Exterior security cameras are onsite.

The home is along the Seven-Mile Miracle, minutes from Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach. Local eateries, Haleiwa Beach Park and public beach access are within walking distance; Waimea Valley hikes, golf courses and North Shore markets are a short drive away. Exit cleaning is included, and additional housekeeping is available for a fee.
