A private entrance and timber staircase lead to the main living level. The open-plan living area has a large L-shaped sofa, a round dining table and ocean glimpses through leafy treetop views. It opens onto a covered balcony with seating. A second living area at the rear has soft seating and a TV, with access to a sunny, fenced patio featuring an outdoor dining table and built-in bench seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge and Nespresso machine. All three bedrooms have queen beds, linens, blackout blinds, ceiling fans and storage. The primary bedroom has an ensuite; the main bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

A hallway workspace provides a place for remote work. The laundry has a washer, deep sink, drying rack and iron, with direct access to outdoor clotheslines. Wi-Fi, heating and a hair dryer are available. Secure garage parking accommodates one car, with free street parking outside around the clock.
