## About the house

Surf Central accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with one queen bed. The bedrooms and main bathroom are on the middle level. Downstairs are a separate powder room, laundry and double garage. The upper level has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto a west-facing balcony with outdoor seating and a four-burner gas BBQ. The garage can accommodate one or two cars or be used as a games room with table tennis. A custom-built wet area accommodates boards and wetsuits, with storage space for bikes and scooters. Amenities include heating, a bathtub, shower, hot water, TV, iron, smoke detector, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, washer and dryer. Bed linen is provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

The townhouse is arranged across three levels, with bedrooms and the main bathroom on the middle level, living areas upstairs, and the garage, laundry and separate powder room downstairs. The beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket are a short stroll away. Using the garage for parking reduces its availability as a games room.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is expressly advertised as 'Pets Welcome'. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
