Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Use a dedicated charging station rather than domestic sockets for electric vehicles. Bed linen and towels are not included; linen is optional and, when ordered, is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 60,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the reservation. Refundable deposit: 800,00 € per reservation, secured by a card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Personalised arrival, departure, heating, internet and covered parking are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by arrangement. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.
