Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 25 are not accepted. There is no housekeeping or linen replacement during the stay. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; a towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 110,00 €. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by a card preauthorization with the final payment. Personalized arrival and departure services and heating are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange arrival time and key handover. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in low season by arrangement. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before and 100% from 15 days before or for a no-show. Optional cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation and covers specified cancellation causes, unused days following late arrival and interrupted stays.
Getting there
Plage de l’Écluse and its seawater swimming pool are 20 m away, with direct beach access by stairs. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Plage du Prieuré is 1 km away and accessible via the Promenade du Clair de Lune coastal path. Plage de Saint-Enogat is 1 km away. Casino Barrière and two cinemas are 100 m away; Crêperie Chez le Sarrazin and L’Abri des Flots 400 m; Plage de Port Salut 400 m; SPAR 500 m; Dinard market and halls, PEP’S and Ombelle 550 m; Emeuraude shopping centre 3.5 km; Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo airport 7 km; Saint-Malo 10 km and its station 11 km.
