House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is collected directly before check-in. It is calculated per person, per night and may vary with local regulations. Advance payment is requested.
Getting there
Jourdain metro station is three minutes away. Keys must be collected from a key depot seven minutes from the apartment.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stay.houst.com.
