House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. The home is unsuitable for young children because the stairwell to the bedrooms is open. Do not use household electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available. A €10% concierge service fee is charged per reservation. A refundable €800 security deposit per reservation is collected as a card pre-authorization. Optional charges per reservation: kitchen towels €2; towel set (one small and one large) €7; double-bed linen €18; single-bed linen €14; end-of-stay cleaning €120; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Prieuré sandy beach is 850 m away; Ecluse sandy beach is 1.8 km away. Dinard Greenway is nearby. The bedrooms are accessed by stairs; the basement also has an exterior entrance from the garden.
