House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. The house is designed for 6 adults and 2 children. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is payable before the stay. Bed linen and towels are optional and charged separately; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, without replacement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Mandatory charges: concierge service fee of 10% of the reservation and end-of-stay cleaning €115 per reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; linen for a double bed €15 per reservation; linen for a single bed €12 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is taken as a card pre-authorization. The page also lists optional cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the reservation.
