# Superb beach living at lovely waterfront condo with pools, a gym, & hot tub Panama City Beach, Florida, United States (general area) ## About the house This condo accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed plus lower and upper bunk sleeping places. A sofa bed is in the common space. Private balconies overlook the Gulf, and the adjacent white-sand beach is directly accessible. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker. A washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating, television, cable, DVD player and iron are available. The building has an elevator. Shared resort facilities include covered and outdoor pools, children's play pools, a lazy river, frog pad, hot tub, fitness center and gas grill. The pool and spa open from 8 am to 10 pm. The fitness center is on the East Tower lobby floor and opens from 7 am to 9 pm. Butter's Donut and Coffee Shop is on the West Tower lobby level and opens daily from 7 am to 2 pm. Riptide Bar and Grill is beside the ground-level pool and operates from March through September. Luggage carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the parking garage lobby level. Security is on site nightly from 5 pm to 5 am, and the front desk opens daily from 9 am to 4 pm CST. Pier Park is three miles down the coast and a short drive away. Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf is four miles away; WonderWorks Panama City Beach and Ripley's Believe It or Not are nine miles away. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to cool after arrival and loading groceries. Open food products, including seasonings and coffee, are removed after each checkout. Announced tower closures run from October until the beginning of December for the East Tower and January until the beginning of March for the West Tower. All guests must be 25 or older to book. No smoking, pets or emotional support animals. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. Wear wristbands to use resort amenities and display parking passes on vehicles. A mandatory $40 registration fee per vehicle is collected at the HOA registration desk on arrival. Wear shirts and shoes in the fitness center and wipe down equipment after use. No pool horseplay. No. PCB First Assembly of God is 0.6 miles away, with Wednesday worship at 7 pm, a complimentary dinner from 6 pm to 6:40 pm, and Sunday worship at 10:30 am. ## What time is check-in?
