House rules
No smoking. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. The standard pet limit is two, with up to two additional pets for $50 each plus tax per week; cats are not allowed in 2026 or 2027. Saturday check-in and checkout. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
