Beaver Creek Bike Park and hiking trails are a short walk away in summer. The building has a lobby, private elevators for village access and underground parking. There are four ensuite bedrooms and one additional powder room. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, fireplace, balcony access and an ensuite with dual vanity, coffee bar, tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The third has a queen bed, TV and ensuite with a shower. The fourth has a full bed, two twin beds, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The living area has two seating areas, a large flat-screen TV and a stone gas fireplace. The balcony has seating for four, a gas fireplace and a grill overlooking the slopes. The dining table seats eight; the open kitchen has an island and a wrap-around breakfast bar seating six. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, a standard drip coffee maker, Keurig and tea kettle. The condo has air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ski storage and boot heaters. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. For bookings made more than 110 days before arrival, half of the total is due at booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days of check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.
