The house has three furnished terraces: a main terrace with an outdoor sofa, a first-floor terrace with a barbecue, and a third terrace accessible from two bedrooms. Inside, an entrance sitting room leads to a living-dining room with satellite TV.

The separate kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with a fan and wardrobe, plus a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a wardrobe, and another bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided. There is no pool or on-property parking.
