The house

Curved floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Pacific from living spaces arranged around a copper-accented fireplace. A raised formal dining area adjoins the living room. The kitchen has granite counters, double ovens, a gas cooktop with a copper vent hood, a breakfast nook, a wet bar and a wine fridge, along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small kitchen appliances.

The mosaic-tiled terrace has a private heated lap pool, hot tub, firepit and outdoor dining. Tiered patios provide grilling and lounging areas, and the villa also has balconies and a private yard.

The Primary Suite has a jetted ensuite tub, fireplace, walk-in closet, private patio and panoramic views. The Office Room has an ensuite bathroom, balcony, and ocean and golf views. The Pink and Green Rooms share a bathroom and each has an ocean view and balcony. The common poolside sleeping area has an ensuite bathroom, fitness equipment and terrace access.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, an in-unit washer and dryer, fitness equipment, a private entrance and free parking. Toys, a Pack and Play, stair gates, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a cooler are provided. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided.

La Jolla Village is two miles away. Nearby attractions include La Jolla Shores Beach, sea caves and tide pools. The Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Mission Beach are within 15 miles and a short drive away. A car is recommended. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
