The penthouse has an open great room, travertine floors, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Amenities include Smart TV with local cable, air conditioning in all rooms, in-unit laundry and access to three shared community pools and landscaped grounds. Outdoor furniture, alfresco dining, beach essentials, a barbecue grill, a safe and children's books and toys are available. A travel crib and high chair are provided among the amenities; a baby chair is available on request. Optional house cleaning is available during stays. The gated community has 24-hour security.

The community is on a scenic hillside with a steep approach. A vehicle is recommended; some guests prefer a 4×4. Ocotal Beach is 2.8 km away. Bahia Pez Vela Beach is 2.1 km away, approximately a 9-minute drive; Coco Beach is 4.9 km away, approximately an 11-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 12.5 km away, approximately a 28-minute drive. Playas del Coco's restaurants, shops and nightlife are approximately 10 minutes away.

Maximum four overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No parties or events, pets, smoking on the property or unregistered overnight guests. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving. At checkout, turn off air conditioning, lock the doors and return the keys to the lockbox. Do not feed local wildlife or strays. Long-term stays are allowed.
