The furnished condo has two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living area with a smart TV and ceiling fans, and an equipped kitchen. The private rooftop terrace has a bamboo canopy, sectional seating, a dining table for four, a counter with a sink, string lights and a gas barbecue. The residential complex has a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, loungers and laundry facilities. Beach essentials, an outdoor shower, a dryer, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The condo is on the second floor, with an additional private staircase to the rooftop terrace. Take care on the stairs, especially after dark; shoes are recommended on exterior stairs. Playa del Coco beach is across the road outside the complex gate, with no driving required. The main strip is a ten-minute walk along flat, shaded streets. Liberia international airport is 25 minutes away by car.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. The rooftop terrace is exclusively for this unit. Clean the grill grates after cooking and turn off the gas before going downstairs. Keep volume conversational after 21:00, indoors and on the rooftop. Intimate gatherings are welcome, but parties are not permitted. The unit is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Observe posted pool hours and leave the pool area as you found it. Treat the space well and lock up when leaving.
