The house

This 1,000-square-foot home sleeps six across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large windows, partial ocean views and ensuite half-bath access. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, partial ocean views and access to the home’s bath facilities. Guest bedroom 3 has a queen bed, partial ocean views and ensuite bathroom access.

The open living and dining area has ocean-facing sofas, large windows, sliding glass doors, a breakfast bar and dining seating for six. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender and toaster oven.

The private beachfront yard has a lawn, mature trees, loungers, a shaded hammock, outdoor dining and a BBQ. An ocean-view hot tub sits beneath the trees. Private beach access leads directly beyond the lawn, and outdoor showers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

The home includes free covered parking, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, smart television, satellite or cable television and a speaker system. Safety features include exterior security cameras, outdoor lighting, a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit. Self check-in and check-out are offered.

The rental is offered for a full 30-day period. Household and bath essentials are initially supplied for approximately two to three days, depending on group size; guests replenish supplies afterward.
