The house

The home has 6,000 square feet of living space on a landscaped acre overlooking a marina and Gardiners Bay. An open living and dining area has limestone floors, large windows and sliding doors leading to wraparound decks with lounge seating and outdoor dining. The kitchen includes a Viking gas range and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, warming drawer, microwave, marble countertops and a center island. The indoor dining area seats 10.

The ground-floor primary suite has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, multi-spray shower and double vanity, plus a separate half bath. It also includes a private office, Nordic Track treadmill, dressing storage, seating area, Smart TV and stereo, with sliding doors toward the covered patio and pool. The additional guest accommodation includes three guest baths and a powder room.

The lower level has a home theater with a 144-inch screen, HD projector, surround sound and seven power recliners. Nearby are a slate pool table, exercise bike and rowing machine. Central air conditioning, heating, whole-home audio, Wi-Fi and a laundry center with washer and dryer are available.

Outside are a 56-foot heated gunite infinity-edge pool and spa, lounge chairs, a covered bluestone patio with dining space, furnished upper decks, a propane grill and a creekside smokeless wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Beach chairs are available for guest use.
